Tech Specs
A detailed snapshot of the architecture eFind is targeting for the ePhone family. Nothing on this page should be read as a final shipping specification.
North Star Display
OLED display direction across the family with adaptive 1–120Hz refresh, always-on capability, HDR, wide color and hardened eGlass. Peak brightness targets are approximately 3,000 nits for ePhone/Luma and 3,500+ nits for Ultra, subject to panel and thermal validation.
Compute
e1 is the working name for the ePhone and Luma compute platform direction; e1 Ultra is the higher-performance Ultra direction. Targets include dedicated neural processing, imaging acceleration, secure processing and efficient on-device AI. These names do not imply that eFind currently manufactures custom silicon.
Camera
The family direction centers on one small high-centered rear camera rather than a large multi-camera island. ePhone and Luma target a 50MP main sensor; Ultra explores a larger sensor, variable aperture and more advanced computational imaging. Front camera target: 24MP autofocus.
Power
Silicon-carbon-enhanced battery research, battery-health transparency, optimized charging, Qi2 magnetic wireless charging and replaceability/serviceability are part of the development direction. Final capacity, charge rate and endurance require validation.
Connectivity
Target technologies include 5G, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, UWB, NFC, eSIM, dual-frequency GNSS and emergency satellite connectivity. Carrier, band, country and satellite support will be announced only when validated.
Security
Direction includes encrypted storage, secure hardware-backed credentials, secure face authentication, under-display fingerprint authentication and ePhone Key. Security claims will be updated as the architecture is finalized and independently tested where appropriate.
